USATT Announces Bidding Process for 2025 Regional Championships

October 17, 2024 – USA Table Tennis (USATT) is excited to announce the official opening of the bidding process for the 2025 USATT Regional Championships. Following the tremendous success of the 2024 Regional Championships—which had over 800 participants and awarded close to $35,000 in prize money—USATT is poised to continue raising the bar for 2025.
A major new feature for the 2025 season is the inclusion of the Regional Championships as part of the Junior National Team Dynamic Selection System. This dynamic selection system serves as a key pathway for junior athletes to qualify for the National Team. As a result, all Regional Championship hosts must include the full range of junior events: U19, U17, U15, U13, and U11, for both Boys and Girls. This expansion gives the best young talent in the country an opportunity to compete at the regional level against others their age.
Clubs interested in hosting the 2025 USATT Regional Championships must adhere to the guidelines provided in the USATT Regional Championships Event Manual and collaborate closely with the USATT Event Team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for participants. USATT is committed to making these events a highlight for players, coaches, and fans alike.
Applications are open until November 15, 2024. Clubs interested in hosting are encouraged to submit their bids promptly and be a part of shaping the future of US table tennis.
