National and Regional Sanctioning Coordinators
USA Table Tennis sanctioned tournaments are divided into five regions. The National Sanctioning Coordinator (NSC) will primarily focus on 4-star tournament sanction requests while assisting the Regional Sanctioning Coordinators (RSC) who oversee tournament sanctioning in their respective regions.

When submitting results, send them to Tina.Ren@usatt.org
Tournament results must be submitted no later than 14 days after the tournament. Failure to do so will result in the following processing penalties:
- Passed 14 days – $100 fee
- Passed 21 days – $200 fee
- Passed 28 days – $300 fee
Tournament results submitted to USATT 35 days or longer from the date of the tournament will NOT be uploaded into the USATT Ratings system.
