The Trail Blazer Award, in its inaugural year, is given annually to the USATT club with an innovative operating model and largest footprint

PingPod, the pioneering table tennis model combining technology with accessibility, has brought table tennis clubs to urban areas typically lacking in places to play. With 18 urban locations across the United States, PingPod has become the largest USATT-affiliated club network, providing people with modern table tennis spaces and a new way to engage with the sport. For their innovative model and large footprint, USATT has awarded PingPod the inaugural Trailblazer award. This award recognizes PingPod for its commitment to bringing table tennis to populations across the U.S. with their clubs, and their pioneering club model.

Unlike traditional table tennis clubs, PingPod operates as an unmanned, 24/7 facility where players can book tables seamlessly through an intuitive app, access high-quality equipment, and enjoy a state-of-the-art playing environment at their convenience. By leveraging technology to streamline the experience, PingPod has made table tennis more accessible than ever before, appealing to enthusiasts, beginners, and professionals alike.

Founder and Chief Product Officer Ernesto Ebuen emphasizes that PingPod is just getting started "The vision is for PingPod to be a household brand and to have PingPod in every state and in many cities outside the US."
